i think they can now yea but where is the second bahkmutt?
i think the pace of russia's advance says they are dominating way more then they were then
however, western preparations to extend the front or enter the conflict may have grown enough that russia still needs to grow their forces by rotating guys in and out of the front more in order to have a real army ready to face the new threat
also, i agree, i believe the ukraine will make another offensive before this war is over but that one may be their last before either collapse or western troops
