No, the most exotic thing you get to fuck is an orc and karen was only horsecock for the villain character at the end I believe. When I played karen originally, I used a shit unarchiving program that couldn't read japanese characters, so she files would be renamed to nonsense and it would crash so much that I just went straight to viewing the CGs.
I'm glad they're bringing the bicorn back, that was easily the hottest scene in the elf game and my heart kinda starts to pound a little thinking about this.
