This shit is a MANDATORY CARRY for any modern "tactical athletes" and it should honestly be given to every soldier in the field like it's a tourniquet because it's THAT essentially (especially in militaries that makes heavy use of dirt bikes which carry high fall/collision risks). You can carry multiple tubes which is a long term supply and that adds less then half a pound to your kit, maybe a quarter pound technically.
