In late 2000's to early 2010's, a movement began in the US, a thought to shift business out of China who has emerged as an enemy combatant on several fronts, and into India. Without imports, China collapses. So, China's spies launched a psychological campaign to discredit India and Indians in the minds of ordinary Americans. By continuing to funnel money into China, Americans are paying for their own destruction.
