A Russian attack on Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region killed one civilian and wounded four others, including an 11-year-old boy, the regional governor said Thursday.

Serhiy Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reported that a 59-year-old man who had been seriously wounded in the strike later died from his injuries in the hospital.
