Volt is the best and most versatile frame in the entire game. This is my build, but literally anything is subsumable out. I don't run Capacitance because I'm confident on my own gating and when I play group content it's with people who are also competent so the Aegis effect is not really necessary, Shocking Speed ends up being more consistent. Exilus should be PSF but I'm sub 400 days.
