Seriously, the only instance that I have personally witnessed any form of "points" in China are those standalone drink freezers in China that you scan with your phone and you can open to take as many bottles of cooled bewerages you want from them. I somehow have a lot of goodboy points and can open them no issues, while my friend was just short of 2-3 points and couldnt. These "vending machines" are based on trust, where you only take as many drinks out of them as you need, so it is understandable that they use some form of point system. Apparently, it's the same underlying system that those unstaffed supermarkets use in China.
Other than that, I have actually never encountered any unified social credit system and asking Chinese friends they also never heared of any, and just joked that if it was real, they would make an internet business out of it, grinding those points and selling it for money.
