Belion is amazing for Yi Xuan and probably best bangboo atm damage wise. And its point is damage too, not an anomaly buildup like others.

But he is worth ONLY with Yi Xuan, since ults reduce his CD and Yi Xuan spams ults making him use skill frequently.
