Kivotos Cup is a long endeavor to bring back but really I would need some guarantee that there would be enough managers to commit to it. Even Kivotos Cup 1 had a lot of auto manager-less stand-ins made to fill gaps and /bag/ at the time had multiple managers behind it rather than just 1 as well as the whole split thing. Granted, it shouldn't be too hard for a new person to pick up since a lot of the teams don't have to be made from complete scratch.
