The issue is they collabed with a dying and niche brand like Fate that is only really played by JP and watched by none nowadays
It will get a surge of Fate players snd they may stay for a while or even until EoS but Fate especially Stay Night is kinda ass cheeks doodoo for a collab
Thats why CSM and SL and other actual popular anime media need to do collabs because theyre trendy, new, and outside of the usual domain of people who would already be playing a gacha and seeing how normie nuHoyo gachas are ir would be an easy pull from the collabs
