Anything that can be perceived and thus quantified can be computationally analyzed and typified. Including "irrational" concepts and behaviors such as emotions (bioelectrical and chemical signaling states). Even that which cannot be directly perceived cannot be ruled out to not exist or not interact with you, and thus cannot be ruled out to not also be quantifiable. It is however also true that some things may be always beyond our perception (but perhaps not beyond others perceptions).
