There are few niggers in Budapest, why i can use word "few"? Because if you go around the city in a busy day or on holiday you would be surprised to see a single black family on a street, shop, restaurant.
When I went to Rimini (want to see San Marino) I was swarmed by niggers.
I can use the word "some" only to describe Italian population of this city.
