If you can rob him of his technique or DE in a radius you could probably shut him down and force just melee, but if you're just directly draining you need either feats against greater cursed energy reserves or some specific feats against just regenerating energy faster.
Someone like Asta for example might be able to affect him passively with devil union since it actually has feats for being a disrupting presence, thus making it hard to even fo basic cursed energy reinforcement, but his normal state of flowing anti-magic through his body would only immunize him against DE or cursed energy if it hits him, but still cut through Gojo's spells/techniques/reinforcement jujutsu via the swords.
