If tools like JDownloader are more your speed, you could try Bulk Rename Utility maybe? I put the original filename text file there specifically so you could mass download and keep them in order, in fact BRU was a major tool in ordering everything up to upload in the first place because I kept the uncensored images separate from the untouched censored images.
