The primairy thing holding back Perfect/Super Perfect Cell is not only pride but a massive ego too. Buu safe from Buutenks and Buuhan lack the ego and pride.

You seem to be underestimating how powerfull Cell's Zenkai's are. Just one Zenkai was enough to go from Semi-Perfect Cell level to being Super Saiyan 2 level while absorbing 18 just pushes it from Semi-Perfect to somewhere inbetween Super Saiyan 1 grade 4 and Super Saiyan 2. Just one more Zenkai boost and he would be near or above Super Saiyan 3 levels which more or less matches Majin Buu.

Not realy. It is a quaint pasta but the thing is that Cell seems to have his own subgenre at least graphically (Images and sometimes animation).

Well yeah, that generates a new image hash that the Jannies have to add to the pile of images being preemptively being filtered. Thanks for the explanation though!
