If BA ever gets an english dub, they should do what other animes do where they give each faction their respective accents based on their respective inspirations.
So gehenna voices will have german accents, hyakkiyako will have japanese accents, millennium will have korean accents, trinity will all have british accents, red winter will have russian accents, etc. etc. It's a good, fitting, and easy way to add variety to the voice cast.
