An economy is a permanent cycle of creation and destruction. Neither communism nor capitalism works. In truth, neither really exists, there is only slavery and rebellion, and neither can be permanently maintained. Maybe tech will eventually make slavery the permanent state of humanity, or maybe it'll get rid of us completely. It certainly doesn't look like a future worth living through anyway.
