Is Wario an elf/fairy? 1st off he has elf ears which is weird. But then look at his games and they often have fairies and other nature spirits in them: wanda (mario and wario), spritelings (wario world), sprites (warios woods), merfles (shake it), etc. He also has a lot of parallels to fairy folklore stories: mischief and greed, a lot of fairy creatures are tricksters and also greedy and love treasure. he also loves garlic which traditionally wards off evil spirits and is found in a lot of places with fairy folklore. He also is a bit like a changeling with his evil mario persona. what do you guys think?
