China's ByteDance just dropped a complete open source, open weights video generator AI model that beats Google's Veo 3. It also has a physics world model to simulate accurate physics and particles.

This means it's literally over for filmmakers, actors, VFX artists, camera operators, etc. Since now it's much cheaper renting a bunch of GPUs and generating tons of high quality video for a couple hundred dollars.
