She does have the nicest ass in the game imo, or at least one of the top three. That has to count for something.
As for who she is, I haven't seen anyone mention it anywhere, but personal theory I think she's simply an Other's version of Jill, probably rich and famous, but instead of playing piano she's gonna be a ballet dancer. First of all she calls herself Cinderella, so there's that reference, but there are actually a few ballet snippets scattered around the story. That one "Financial Crisis" newspaper that keeps showing up throughout the game for example has a Ballet tab on it. And that one Ellie chick from Swyper back in S01-S02 has a picture of herself doing ballet, so if DPC was going to have her make an appearance at some point, like almost all of the other chicks from Swyper, I think that Cinderella girl's path/route/whatever might be the way for him to do that. There are some other minor connections too but I can't remember where there were in the story to find them atm.

She's the girl in the ghoul costume from the Halloween episode, she's in your Chem class, and yoga, and other places. She doesn't have a real name yet.
