I always start games quite well (tend to go 2-0/3-0 or a similar scoreline) but after laning phase/the 15 or 20 minute mark I immediately start to fall off - my CS falls off a cliff, I just start racking up deaths over and over and progressively getting more and more tilted. Outside of clear terrible team macro decisions like junglers taking waves when they have camps up or certain supports (Morgana, Lux, Fiddle, Shaco, Poppy, Karma) taking waves away from the ADC or other laners, what can I do to improve my mid-game/late-game performance?

Still silly. The subreddit isn't a worthy substitute for the forums in the slightest and the fact that people who actually want to discuss in the game (people, not e-celebs) are incapable of doing so because you can't get any likes or upvotes on any Twitter or Reddit post meaning it gets no visibility *also* meaning those two places just become streamer or pro play echo chambers. I could rant about this even farther but I hate all of this. Terrible set of decisions Riot made and terrible communities. It's a crazy world we live in where 4chan (even though I think 4chan has a lot of negative biases towards it because of b and pol and other old outrage stuff that happened that doesn't really represent the website in its entirety) is somehow the best place to discuss things, given reason.
