I know bandaids are a common shota art trope. But I'm surprised at how infrequently you see injuries outside of self harm, abuse, and guro stuff.
I think from the time I could walk until I was in high school I probably had scraped knees or elbows or bruised shins more often than I didn't. And while I never broke anything, there would usually be at least one kid each school year who did.
