I know there was a mod that replaced the inside with a shirt that covers the stomach (i think it's called comet, but its not on xma anymore), but an entirely separate vanilla item idts. the attire does come with two "styles" for the top, one of which is a tank top and vest, but it might not be what you're looking for.

i believe there's a amenos or uraeus item with a similar look, but its a leather jacket instead of denim.
