I do agree with that. However, money, banking, finances and capitalism are intrinsically irrational. It's simply not what you build a space faring civilisation on. And their capitalist system will pop as well. It has the same intrinsic, system problem they all do. Which is to say, they cannot afford to purchase their own output for a price which makes having produced that output financially profitable. Except by constantly creating new (mostly fictional) legal tender for the financial profits. And they have the same problems other capitalist countries have, just not to the same degree yet. Youth unemployment for instance. Misallocation of resources or inability to consume what it produced for itself (their excess housing going to waste by rotting unused).
