The whole region is just kind of done with Cambodia. Vietnam had to deal with their shit and the khmer rouge got their asses handed to them (not before killing 1/4 of cambodia's entire population though). It's just a shitshow all around. You have Thais, Vietnamese and Laotians all getting along and then there are Burmese and Cambodians that can't stop starting shit, but at least the Burmese mostly kept it in their own borders.
