What the fuck anons. Arguably the best space combat game, made better with decades of mods. You can go the OG route and just play the series as is on win 98/win xp, or you can take advantage of the fact that the devs released the source code for Freespace 2 for free. There are mods for better visuals, campaign port from the first game, multiple all new campaigns made by modders etc.
