Depends on your generator, I'd recommend minimalism for Bing, maximalism for Perchance, to name two extreme examples.
I would just prompt for the furs and leave it to Bing to come up with all manner of beautiful clothes for Queen Callidice to wear under them. Meanwhile, when using Perchance I have to prompt for each and every article of clothing I want to see.
The longer your prompt, the more words Bing will ignore, Perchance does have its limitations but it's way more tolerant of long and complex prompts.
