i was about to say this.
a lot of what islam majority countries do to confine women to not driving, having to be escorted by a male chaperone and not being able to vote is done under the guise of "protecting" them.
kinda funny to see feminism come a full 360 and insist on protecting women by limiting their choices, however small (for now).
