If they ever do a Kalimdor revamp they should make a faction of supremacist ultra traditional night elves led by Illari Duskfeather who want to kick outlanders out.
They'd still keep their pre-WoW culture of strict gender roles with only men being druids and only women being priestesses and archers, and despising arcane users.
