ya well american food is just hamburger and bread

its not a very complex food either when u think about it

the rice cooking and the amount of vinegar and type of vinegar and rice you use and temperatures etc

actually does make it more complex than the average american who plops a hamburger patty on the grill

it definitely takes more skill

and the fish does have to be good quality
