The Cocoa inside your head doesn't have agency, you can imagine her doing all sort of things that Cocoa would never do, even horrible things, and she can't do anything about it because she's not an entity with an independent will or even a independent state, she's part of you.
A sufficiently advanced Cocobot would have an independent internal state and be able to go far beyond her programming, it's not something hard although usually we call such unforeseen behavior "bugs", humans are examples of such sufficiently advanced machines so I can prove that it must be possible to make Cocoa real this way.
