2 months to earn a spark with both monthlies isn't too bad, but it's not good either. It's a painful 5/10 in generosity. Better than the Hoyo average. Not as good as Blue Archive's 2 month to spark with no pakejis.
HBR's only really saved by the fact that Jap gachas, or ones modeled after Jap gachas(like Arknights) are usually, much, MUCH worse with f2p income.
