Whites in Iran or anywhere else in the Mediterranean basin turn slightly brown.
Here is Iranian politician Mohamed Ghalibaf. He has (or had?) blonde hairs and blue eyes. Not very common in Iran but still many Iranians while not having blue eyes or golden hair have white skin that is olive due to browning to the sun (like South Europeans).
