Chronologically, this is a story that is quite late in the series.
After the "Child" incident, Ayutori has become a bit more serious, and Seaside has become an ordinary coffee shop, making this an episode that gives the impression of the end.

The wooden carved bear you can see behind Sanada at the seaside is a souvenir from Hokkaido that Ayutori buys in Volume 15, Chapter 114, "School Trip."
