what's in an esh breach on a tier 3 map that can oneshot through 79% res, 15k armour, 20 fortify and 3.5k life? I was next to a rare spidery mob but it had no damage mods (map also had no relevant damage mods)

so fucking tired of how every single death in this game is always some unexpected oneshot like this
