You have to one day realize (or suffer the mental anguish from not doing so) that de facto ruining your life over such banal bullshit as "identity" is at the peak of a human's retardation.
You have no identity besides what you are born and aging into. If you have ever found anything that you accepted as "being you" in your late teens or 20s, then surprise! you won't have it for long and the moment you'll turn 30 or 40 you'll lose that identity of yours. No one can ever be what they accept they are for the majority of their life unless they abandon the idea of "identity" and just accept they are their biological body.

There is a reason why gay men voluntarily ruin their lives and slowly kill themselves by getting AIDS on purpose once they reach "twink death": because they stopped being who they wanted to be and cannot cope with it to the point of self-destruction. You'll suffer the same fate because under your surgeries and hormonal castrations you're the same as them - a hedonistic degenerate living only through the self-isolated importance of wanting your body to align with their "identity".
