because HI3 is phone game arena battler where you basically just press buttons to see long flashy animations. It works well on mobile, but thats about whole of its gameplay - tapping screen for activating skills/ults/switches in, giving you a blast of dopomine.

Genshin on other hand was a proper game and they VERY toned down both skill animation and ults, to maintain clarity of combat, in exchange giving very fluid control of it. Still, eventually too deteorated to rotation ults spam, but still looks and feels like actual combat.

Wuwa on other hand retained the HI3 looks, so its combat feels sluggish and fake since your button press basically just launches 5 sec long cutscenes taking away control and not connecting with enemies.

Things like pic related in Wuwa are simply impossible, since both characters would float in the air beside each other, not hitting either while vomiting particle effects and flashes all around.

Post your DA clear, Saintonas. Or wait, you failed hahaha

Wuwa combat is extremely stiff, basically just rotations of abilties taking control away for 5 secs and blinding you with effects to hide bad quality of animation. You can never ever have for example PvP in Wuwa, simply since the combat doesnt work well.
