I would personally ban any group that wasn't in Europe en masse 500 years ago.
Jews have been in Europe before many European nations were created or migrated to Europe (Hungarians etc). Ashkenazi Jews had their ethnogenesis in Europe. Ashkenazi Jews are basically Goths who lived in Crimea but were converted to Judaism during the Khazar era (Yiddish is actually Gothic) who intermarried with Judean merchants/Khazars and migrated East where they came into contract with another Jewish group who were Judeans who intermarried with Dutch/Italians and spoke a German. The two groups intermingled to make Ashkenazis.
