Currently "hydroslop" is best for B plunge because his best combo is N2 Plunge E and you want to vape/melt his E as it does like half as much damage as his plunge. Having Citlali as the sole applicator means you have to slow down your plunges considerably and you won't be melting his E and you miss out on Furina and Yelan's significant off field damage.

You don't play Wriothesley. He uses up the quills with a single normal attack chain, can't swap out during his enhanced state and is left with the small damage buff that gets mogged by Yelan's and a small res shred that Yelan's damage makes up for.
