Definitely an 8/10 in terms of waifu shilling. Hoyo must've decided on that after the AQ though, since in that she mostly talked about ororon. The whole mind reading thing was incredibly forced, and I hate the twist villain as usual, but otherwise pretty good. Some dev must like Citlali because unlike a lot of the other quests, which were NPC impact, it actually did focus on her character.
