Squadrons don't get jobs, their baseline stats are the absolute worst, yes they can be buffed, but what you continuously fail to mention is that their buff is entirely random. They have four options to chose from, and whether or not you actually get the one you want (Offensive) is entirely up to multiple layers of RNG. It's RNG if you get a point in a stat boost from completing the dungeon, and it's RNG if you get the stat boost you actually want (Again, Offensive.)
Trusts provide you an option to complete the game with NPC companions while simultaneously earning rewards for leveling alt jobs along side them. They don't let you complete 50/60/70 dungeons since they do not exist in the Trust system, but that is irrelevant because if you actually played this game instead of botting it you would know that the X0 dungeons give less EXP than the X1-X9 dungeons do. Hence why people ran Great Gubal Library to get to 61, and Doma Castle/Castrum Abania to get to 71. If you are queuing for X0 dungeons in an effort to reach X1 then you are a fucking idiot.

Duty Support has it's place, but it is by no means better or worse than either of the other two options.
