Haters like you always go with the "wwaaaah pedo" argument but that is the one and only based thing rudeus has, it's spicy. He is so flaccid, stupid and uninteresting as a character otherwise it's painful, the minute the ranoa arc starts to the end of the series he is a sleep inducing non-character.
Which is a shame because almost every other character is based as fuck, zanoba, cliff, perugius, orsted.... even characters with very limited presence like pax and randolph are so based.
If anything Rudy should have disappeared with aisha one day and then it turns out she's preggers and he'd been fucking her since she came to ranoa, man now THAT would have been BASED.
