The Hashmonaim Brigade, under the command of Col. Avinoam Emuna, proves that it is possible to integrate members of the Haredi public into the Israel Defense Forces in an optimal way. The entire training base is managed professionally and raises a generation of talented fighters who will be a significant part of the IDF's combat array. We are determined, with God's help, to bring about the recruitment of many thousands of members of the Haredi public and are convinced that this is the way to do it. Together, building trust, and in a determined and thorough process."
The Prime Minister was accompanied by Chief of Staff Tzachi Braverman, Cabinet Secretary Yossi Fuchs, Military Secretary Major General Roman Gofman, Head of the Manpower Directorate Major General Dado Bar Kalifa, Chief Infantry and Paratroopers Officer Brigadier General Eran Oliel, Head of the Human Resources Division Brigadier General Ohad Bibi, and Head of the Planning and Manpower Administration Division Brigadier General Shai Tayeb.
