Character powerlevel depends on thier power in story. So a normal schoolgirl will not be stronger than miliatary proffessional. Atm we have no figure that will be as strong as Miyabi/Yixuan, SEED maybe will be strong since he`s fuckign combat warmachine, but as for others - will have to wait for new chars announced and story giving them reason why they would be so fucking strong.
