It will sell moderately well, will however underperform compared to the huge ballooning production costs and only barely break even. It will also be simplified in several respects to it's predecessors, and simply be a worse game. It's failure will be the final nail in the American video game industry and finally plunge it into the huge crisis that's been looming on the horizon for a while now.
