The Ingrid banner did pretty well for being a second Rearmed Lance that came out like two months after the first that everyone rolled on.
Pretty sure Hopes NH also did well, but I can't find the image.
If anything, the no-fodder Marianne banner last year proves that people do roll for them, even if they're not good units. Hell, Fodlan units are usually bad.
