He was the main meta support for years so he fit in almost pretty much every single team.

That changed this year, now Xilonen is a better generalist buffer since her buffs and debuffs are easier to apply and last longer.

To make things worse, they started making super specialized teams that can't fit generalist buffers anymore.

So he is pretty much gone from the meta, he still isn't bad and you can get good use of him if you have him but don't have better options, but going forward there is no reason to roll him for meta, he is simply worse than the newer options.
