Does anyone know if there's a command in essentials to increase EXP?

The wiki says the command "pkmn.exp = [number]" can be used to set EXP to a certain value, but most of the time you would want to add or subtract from it. However, it doesn't say what the command to do that is. If I had that, I'm hoping the same command would work with EVs, then I could easily set up a vendor who can instantly EV train pokemon.

For the life of me I can't figure this out, and I've just been adding trainers into the game all day.
