other characters get combos from a frametrap CH while still being relative safe oB.
base vira only gets it from 236M's final slash in the corner. the first part of it truestrings from most normals (i think?) and is easily distinguishable from 236L by the later having that huge dust cloud. and it's -9 oB right in the opponent's face.
in install she can combo midscreen but oB it's the same story, she's still -7oB after hold cancelling.
there's no reason to not delay mash on base from vira.

214L feels weak because it doesn't change in install but i think it's fine. it's your midscreen combo ender for oki in base form.
