Why is actual Indian food so pathetically bland? And no stupid spices don't make food great they're there to make food greater.
It's always 90-95% bland rice mixed with poop coloured sauce and some tasty poop nuggets on top of it.

Maybe that's why they eat mostly spices with some bland rice nowadays so they can larp as rich but they should get modern times because spices nowadays are worth nothing.
